About Jen

I’m a platform leader with a background spanning private equity real estate, technology firms, and data-driven growth.

I began my real estate career in institutional real estate investing, where I worked closely with our investment committee, asset managers, and firm leadership on investor strategy, underwriting, and asset management. Over time, my role increasingly expanded beyond traditional investment work into portfolio-wide initiatives — building data, financial, and capital formation infrastructure, improving decision-making, and supporting firm growth. The firm needed a thought leader, and I began public speaking, including at PREA in front of over 1500 audience members. I was promoted twice in under five years, as the firm grew from $300M in assets under management to over $3B. 

That trajectory led me into real estate technology. I went on to co-found, lead, and exit a B2B data company serving institutional real estate clients, where I owned product strategy, revenue, and execution. Today, I’m a Vice President at a real estate technology firm, reporting to the CEO, where I focus on partnerships, strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and new data products that sit at the center of customer value creation.

Across each chapter, the common thread has been platform-level work: connecting strategy to execution, aligning teams around growth, and building systems that scale across portfolios rather than single assets.

I’m based in Austin, Texas, the greatest city in the world.

What I Work On

I tend to operate in the spaces where roles aren’t fully defined yet, when organizations need senior judgment, cross-functional execution, and someone to connect the dots.

That often looks like:

  • Designing and launching new platforms, products, or programs

  • Translating data into decisions for executives and boards

  • Leading revenue and partnership initiatives outside formal sales roles

  • Supporting acquisitions, integrations, and post-close execution

  • Acting as a thought partner to CEOs and senior leadership teams

Impact

  • Led product design and go-to-market for a large B2B SaaS company’s first data and analytics product

  • Identified and helped execute an acquisition that became the most successful in company history

  • Personally generated meaningful recurring revenue in non-sales leadership roles

  • Built and launched first-ever partner programs creating new revenue streams

  • Developed data insights, reports, and thought leadership that generated hundreds of qualified inbound leads

I regularly speak to real estate investors, operators, and executives on topics including portfolio-level data and analytics, platform strategy in real estate, growth and partnerships in real estate technology, leadership at the intersection of investing and operations.

Forums I’ve spoken at include the PREA National Conference, ULI Meeting, Blueprint, among other industry conferences and private company events.
